General Program Information

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Your trial period is free of cost and free of obligation for 7 days! Your child will join real classes, so the experience is exactly how it will be when you enroll. We will send you a list of materials you will need to participate, most of which can be found around the home, so your child can fully participate in class with the other children. Attend as much or as little as you can.

Why immersion instead of speaking the child’s language?

We don’t speak any of the child’s native language in class because full immersion is the most effective way to learn English. Speaking their language would encourage translation instead of natural learning, slowing down fluency development. When children hear only English, they quickly adapt, think in English, and absorb the language intuitively—just like they did with their first language. This builds confidence, improves retention, and helps them communicate naturally without hesitation.

How does Growing Brilliant fit into your family’s educational goals?

As a parent, you aim to provide your children with love, safety, comfort, education, nutrition, social skills, health, and mental well-being. Our program is designed to support you in fostering your child’s intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Think of us as your educational and developmental partner. 

How many days per week is the program?

We offer classes five days a week on a drop-in basis, with five unique lessons provided per week. Each lesson repeats once daily from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM and changes the following day. Our pricing is affordable, allowing you to attend as little or as much as you’d like without fear of missing out (FOMO).

Classes are live?

Yes! Our classes are taught live over Zoom with qualified preschool teachers.

What ages does your developmental program serve?

​​Our program is ideal for children with developmental ages 2-8, as these ages align with the developmental milestones most children typically reach during this period. However, it’s important to note that your child may be at a different developmental level than their age suggests. Everyone is more than welcome to attend our classes regardless of their age.

What types of families use our program?

Stay-at-home or work-from-home parents, homeschool families, families with recently adopted children, special needs children, nannies & au pairs, grandparents, aunts & uncles, children with illness. Anyone with a child under their care can benefit from our program.

What subjects will my child learn?

​​Our curriculum was developed to be very well-rounded. We cover a wide range of subjects, such as Literacy/Reading, STEAM (Science, technology, engineering, art, math), and more. We develop the child intellectually, socially, and emotionally to give them a head start on kindergarten and life.

What materials will I need?

Our lessons incorporate common household materials. Examples include: Paper (colored and white), paint, paintbrush, crayons, pencils, markers, glue, tape & playdough. Don’t have the exact material? No worries, you can easily substitute with whatever you have.

What is “at-home learning”?

We understand you’re busy & may not be an expert in the field of early education. However, you still want the best for your child. We allow you to spend quality time with your child, while getting the development and education they need. Our amazing teachers will teach live classes via Zoom so your child can learn from the comfort of your home. We focus on the educational piece so you can provide a well-rounded life for your child.

Are your teachers experienced?

ABSOLUTELY! Our teachers have ECE (early childhood education) backgrounds and LOVE children. They also follow our in-house curriculum, which allows lessons to cover the full spectrum of subjects.

Will my child actually be engaged and pay attention? (Most Parents are skeptical about this)

Yes! We have literally built our academy and curriculum around this goal. Our class duration and structure are designed for children ages 2-8 to stay engaged during the entire class. It is extremely common for students to need a few class sessions to feel comfortable enough to engage actively, participate fully, and pay attention. Learning patience, structure, and rules in a class setting is part of the learning process. The more children attend our classes, the better they learn these skills. Try us out! You will be amazed.

Are you open year-round & when can I enroll?

Yes, we are year-round! You can enroll at any time.

Are parents/caregivers involved in classes?

Our classes are designed so children, with the help and guidance of their teacher, can participate with minimal support from their caregivers. Generally, caregivers set up the supplies at the beginning of class and stay near if the children need help and supervision. 

What device or application do I need for the classes?

You will need a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone with internet access.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
